Suit derken ! Odadaki banyoda duşa kabin bile yoktu. Her yer ıslandı.. Yorgana çarşaf geçirilmemişti. Çok sesli 1nci katta kalıyorsanız. Öyle şampuan, duş jeli vs beklemeyin. Koltuğun üstü o kadar kirliydi ki mideniz kalkabilir ..Siz en iyisi doğru düzgün bir otel bulun kendinize..

Ruby suites Taksim gerçekten çok iyi konumlu, temiz ve uygun fiyatlı bir yer. Sahipleri çok yardımsever ve nazik. Kendi evlerinde rahat hissetmeniz için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Burası gerçekten tüm yerel olanaklara ve toplu taşıma araçlarına yakın. Burada harika bir konaklama geçirdik ve bir dahaki sefere İstanbul'da kalmayı planladığımızda kesinlikle geri döneceğiz.

As a frequent traveller to Turkey, I have stayed in numerous hotels and suites, and I can say with certainty, here is one of the best places for tourists to stay in Istanbul. The owner of this place and his sons are super kind and helpful. They can speak English and are always willing to help their guests at any costs. The place is super clean and all essential kitchen utensils are available for making and serving meals. The location is extremely strategic as it is within walking distance (almost 400 meters) to Havaist (airport shuttle in Istanbul), taksim square, and sisli. The alley where the hotel is located is very safe at nights and is super close to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. It is also really well-located in terms of access to public transport like buses and metro (only a couple of minutes walking distance to the stations). The rooms renovated spacious, and free toiletries and water is provided free of charge. I strongly recommend this place to budget-minded travellers.

worst experience in my life. I booked a room for 12 nights then changed my mind the first moment I saw the room. Dirty, and old. the reception can’t speak a word of English. I made them understand that I want to cancel my reservation with translators and they told me they have to charge the first night. I accepted that then they randomly entered my room in the middle of the night I don’t get the reason for that. after a few days they took the full amount from my card without informing me.
