Deniz dalgasından esinlenerek tasarlanan proje 22'şer katlı 2 kuleden oluşuyor. Proje A blokta 178, B blokta 176 ve 15 dükkan olmak üzere iki adet rezidans konut bloğunda toplam 369 üniteden oluşuyor. Büyüklükleri 45 ila 105 metrekare olarak değişen stüdyo, 1 + 1 ve 2 + 1 rezidans daireler; Single (stüdyo), Suit (1 + 1) ve Grand Suit (2 + 1) olarak adlandırılıyor.
Dört mevsim kullanılan açılıp kapanabilen yüzme havuzu, yürüyüş ve koşu parkurları ve çok amaçlı spor sahasının yanı sıra sosyal tesis bünyesinde fitness center, sauna, Türk hamamı ve masaj odaları gibi keyifle değerlendirilebilecek alanlar, açık ve kapalı otoparklar bulunuyor.
