Merhaba gerçekten çok berbat bir otel,yemekler kötü ve çiğ,odalar pis,sizinle ilgilenecek kimse yok,Resepsiyonda 15 dk bekletildim.İlgi alaka hiç yok.Ayrıca odaları temizlemeye gelen kimse yok.Bütün personeller yetersiz.Ailecek rezil olduk.Bosuna gitmeyin.Tam bir hayal kırıklığı.Bizimle beraber gelen çoğu kişi otel rezervasyonu iptal ettirdi, bu rezillik karşısında.Gorduklerinizle hiç bir alakası yok.Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Hijyen insanlık dışı.
Yemeklerin tadı hiç güzel değil ve mutfakta hijyen diye bir şey yok, mutfaktan lağım kokusu geliyor.
Bira, kahve veya meyve suyu gibi içecekler sürekli tükeniyor, her yer kirli, bardaklar musluğun altında çok hızlı yıkanıyor, birçok kişi kendi kupalarını veya bardaklarını getirmiş.
Otel 70'lerde inşa edilmiş, muhtemelen aşamalar halinde yenilenmiş ama sanki çocuklar oteli yenilemiş gibi görünüyor??
Otel, aylardır işçilerin maaşlarını ödeyemeyecek kadar büyük mali sorunlar yaşıyor, hatta taşeronlara bile uzun zamandır ödeme yapılmamış, bu yüzden turistler odalarındayken taşeronlar neredeyse tüm klimaları söktüğünde polis olaya karıştı.
Çalışanların çoğu 16-22 yaş arası genç erkek ve kızlar gibi görünüyor, bu otelde hiçbir şeyi yönetebilecek ve organize edebilecek bir yetişkin yok.
Türk turistler ile mutfak personeli ve otel müdürü arasında kavgalar yaşanıyor.
Bu oteli, o kadar kötü olamayacağını düşündüğümüz için rezerve ettik, AMA tamamen yanılmışız, paramızı boşa harcadık. Son birkaç gün, otelde yaşanan yukarıda yazılan tüm olaylar nedeniyle yakındaki başka bir otelde kaldık.
Bu otel muhtemelen her an kapanacak ve muhtemelen gelecek yıl adı değiştirilip yeniden kurulacak, ancak buna giden yol muhtemelen imkansız bir görev.
